I went to Guildford hidden hearing I didn’t have a hearing test as the hearing specialist said they would do the test again in six months time . He only adjusted the hearing aid itself .

I have now met with Khadisha (Walters) on a couple of occasions for wax removal, most recent visit was 4 weeks ago. She has a lovely big personality, is welcoming but also very professional and thorough. I will definiely visit again.

Tim Leech at Kingston upon Thames charmed us with his knowledge and empathy. We are convinced of excellent future assistance, which means a lot, so we decided on the very top of the top range(twice the cost of what we had intended but we got twice the advice and help that we received at two other auditory firms)!! Have only had the aids for 2 days but already notice an absolute difference and will see Tim in a couple of weeks for a check up. Would not hesitate to recommend Hidden Hearing, assuming all are manned by someone as competent as Mr Leech.
