I randomly walked in to make enquiry regarding a hearing issues I have; and from the moment I walked in, the staff Linda was very welcoming and attentive. She spent a lot of time listening to what I had to say and helping me figure out my best option moving forward. I’m yet to have my appointment but Linda’s customer service made me feel very comfortable to come back.
