I have had a really frustrating and long standing problem with one of my hearing aids. I booked an appointment at the Bexleyheath branch ( not where I purchased them) in an attempt to solve the matter.
Nemesh identified and corrected the problem in a swift and most professional way. Very impressive, also great receptionist and good coffee.

I took my father in law for a hearing test at your Bexleyheath branch . The receptionist was excellent . The lady audiologist was exceptional. She explained all the different stages and put my father in law at ease . Very satisfied with the whole appointment . Highly recommend this company .

My audiologist is absolutely amazing! I was 19 when I got told I needed a hearing aid and she’s so lovely and made me feel comfortable about it from the beginning! As a young person with a hearing aid I was worried about how I would be with one however she put me at ease and has always explained everything so well to make sure im okay! Couldn’t recommend enough!
