The Leigh-on-Sea branch were fantastic. Such friendly and helpful staff, couldn’t do enough for me. Gave me a comprehensive hearing test and lots of advice for how to manage my issues moving forwards. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

What an exceptional place with real angels working in it! From the lovely Gaynor at the reception who booked us in within our limited time to the incredibly knowledgable and empathetic Nick who took the time to explain us everything and guide us with the best of unbelievable advise and options. It was too good to be true but it was true. My dad has severe hearing loss and Nick showed us ways out and showed us there is hope out there for the people no matter what age. We will be back Nick and buy those aids that you recommended us. I will never forget about you guys. Love you!

It’s so important to have your hearing checked regularly, especially the older you get. Hearing loss can creep up on you. It can be so gradual that it’s not always easy to recognise or even accept.
