Do you wear Oticon hearing aids? If so, you might be able have phone or video hearing aid consultations through the Oticon RemoteCare app (please check with your individual hearing care expert).

Using the app is convenient. You hearing care expert can even make real-time adjustments to your hearing aids.

Book an appointment on your Oticon RemoteCare app

If you have already set up the Oticon RemoteCare App:

  1. Call your hearing care expert and book an Oticon RemoteCare appointment
  2. Open the app at the date and time of the agreed appointment

If you haven't yet set up the Oticon RemoteCare app:

  1. Download the Oticon RemoteCare app
  2. Pair your hearing aid with the Oticon RemoteCare app
  3. Call us on this number: 0800 7408 796 and let us know which email you used to setup your RemoteCare account. We’ll then complete your Oticon RemoteCare registration together
  4. Call your hearing care expert, and book your first Oticon RemoteCare consultation

Oticon RemoteCare App requirements

In order to use the app, you will need the following: 

  • Oticon hearing aids with Bluetooth® 
    (Models: Intent, Real, Xceed, Siya, More)
  • A smartphone (Android phones must have an operating system of 8.0 or higher, and iPhones must meet the following specifications: 5S model or higher, iOS 12.0 or higher)
  • Apple ID (if you're using an Apple device)
  • Email account 
  • Stable Internet connection
