1. 60-day money-back guarantee
It’s important you’re happy with your hearing aids in all listening environments. You can try out our hearing aids for 60 days and if you’re not 100% happy with the improvement your aids are making to your hearing, you can return them for a full refund.
2. 24-month warranty
All of our hearing aids have a two-year warranty in the unlikely event that they need to be sent back to the manufacturers for repair.
3. Payment plans
You can spread the cost of your hearing aids using our financing options, subject to approval.
Hearing aid maintenance
1. Free lifetime aftercare service (for the lifetime of the hearing aid)
We’ll carry out any servicing that needs to be done to the hearing aid for the lifetime of the hearing aid.*

We have a library of videos for maintaining your hearing aids, from changing batteries to connecting your hearing aids to you mobile phone.
3. Six-monthly check-up for the hearing aid
We recommend coming to see us every six months to make sure your hearing aid is working as well as it can.
*If your hearing aid needs to be sent to the manufacturers for repair, is out of warranty and you are not part of the Oneplan scheme, repair charges will apply.
