I went in to have my ears tested and had such a positive experience. Jenny was so lovely, friendly, and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The receptionists were both warm and welcoming too. The clinic itself was clean, inviting, and very professional. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing experience. I was asked to bring a familiar person with me and she remembered more about me than I did. It was a really relaxed experience. Jenny was amazing and so thorough. She explained everything that was going to happen really clearly and gave lots of explanations about the ears and how they worked.
I would totally recommend going to see her if you have a hearing problem. One of the most approachable and knowledgeable professionals that I have ever come across.

Mrs Jenny is Very professional , kind and warm audiologist . Gone there for the hearing test and everything was explained in a detailed manner .nothing was wrong but if there was anything wrong, I am sure Ms Jenny would have made it sound easier and sorted it out .

All staff are extremely welcoming and they put you at ease straight away. Turned out I didn’t have any earwax but an ear infection which was sorted very gently by Wendy, she told me exactly what to say to Dr and I got a prescription the same day to clear it up. Cannot give enough praise for this hearing centre, they’re absolutely brilliant so I definitely can recommend them wholeheartedly.
