All staff are extremely welcoming and they put you at ease straight away. Turned out I didn’t have any earwax but an ear infection which was sorted very gently by Wendy, she told me exactly what to say to Dr and I got a prescription the same day to clear it up. Cannot give enough praise for this hearing centre, they’re absolutely brilliant so I definitely can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Had an appontment today with Jennie. The service was excellent. Pardoning the pun but I really felt listened to. Jennie was able to tell me about the issues I have been experiencing and the reasons why, something that despite 4 ear operations and over 40 years of issues no other person took the time to do so. I have a clear understanding about my hearing, what problems I am having and other issues I did not realise were realted. She explained the options available to me clearly and there was no pressure of selling me anything. Just a great service.

The team at Hidden Hearing were fantastic. With the wax removal, she was not rushed at all, was very thorough and spent the time to make sure she did what was necessary properly. The Audiologist really seemed to care about finding the right solution, rather than just trying to sell me something.
I'll definitely be going back to them again if needed.
