First class service as always. On arrival to the clean and brightly lit location, I'm greeted by Jane so is so friendly and speaks clearly and easily for me to see what she's saying. Future appointments are made to suit me and they are always amenable to changing them if necessary.
The hearing tests carried out by Heather are easy and clearly explained. Even more so now they have introduced several new tests. Heather showed me various pictures of my ears, explained what was going on in simple to understand terms and made recommendations for new hearing aids based on my needs.
These two ladies are an absolute credit to HH, making every visit a pleasure and treating me like an old friend rather than just another customer.

Hidden Hearing Plymouth is fantastic! I got my hearing aids about 3 years ago now and have been delighted with the quality of the product and the follow up service. Heather was really knowledgeable and helpful during my assessment, didn't realise my hearing had become as bad as it had after doing pract9and hi tech tests. Didn't up sell, only recommended what I needed but the more expensive versions. Fitting arranged a week later with comprehensive explanation of what the hearing instruments or aids as I call them, can do. Offered to set up Bluetooth to my phone if needed and then remotely adjusted aids whilst testing my hearing.

Greeted by Jane who was lovely , she made myself and my husband a cup of tea.
Test was done by Heather who was also lovely. Heather explained every step of the test and also went through the results in detail and gave me advice to follow up with my GP.
