Hearing tests and hearing aids available at our Hidden Hearing clinic in Plymouth

Hidden Hearing Plymouth is fantastic! I got my hearing aids about 3 years ago now and have been delighted with the quality of the product and the follow up service. Heather has been a joy as an provider and advisor. She explains everything clearly and concisely. I understand far more of what is going on with my hearing now. The technology is truly amazing, The aids have improved the quality of my life enormously and I am so impressed with the after care. Heather is always happy to take time to answer questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing, especially here in Plymouth!

Heather was really knowledgeable and helpful during my assessment, didn't realise my hearing had become as bad as it had after doing pract9and hi tech tests. Didn't up sell, only recommended what I needed but the more expensive versions. Fitting arranged a week later with comprehensive explanation of what the hearing instruments or aids as I call them, can do. Offered to set up Bluetooth to my phone if needed and then remotely adjusted aids whilst testing my hearing.
Highly recommended.

Greeted by Jane who was lovely , she made myself and my husband a cup of tea.
Test was done by Heather who was also lovely. Heather explained every step of the test and also went through the results in detail and gave me advice to follow up with my GP.

Had my yearly check today by Heather in Plymouth Hidden Hearing. Always very helpful and informative . Updated my hearing aids and now working even better, Jane the receptionist was very helpful while we were waiting. Also gave us a nice cup of tea and coffee with a friendly chat included. Would definitely recommend anyone to go to see them .

I have been wearing hearing aids for about10 yrs now and the examination and hearing test carried out by Heather Kennington ay Plymouth was by far the most thorough I have received.
Heather went into great detail to explain not only the problem but the solution.
Whilst the new hearing aids are not the cheapest, they have so many new systems incorporated to enhance my hearing, something I thought was not possible.
Would I recommend Hidden Hearing Plymouth? absolutely

Throughout my visit I was treated with respect by all members of staff and the process required to ascertain my hearing needs using various audiometric tests were fully explained. The lady conducting the tests, Mrs H. Kennington, was very competent and answered any questions posed by me questions to my satisfaction .
The costs involved was fully explained as were the various methods of payment together with any follow up procedures that might be needed.
