Very relaxed and enjoyable experience finding out how my hearing is progressing and seeing the results of all the tests and other reassurances and explaining what they show etc and examining my ears and the hearing aid and readjusting them and addressing all concerns. I always enjoy my yearly check up with Hidden Hearing and look forward to them. I feel I always get good care treatment and advice from them.

My Wife and I were welcomed at the reception and did not have to wait long to be met by sorry but we both forgot his name . My hearing test was not long and the results were good ,We even got an appointment for my Wife to have a hearing test on the 21 st of this month excellent service . Mike

I had a very good visit to Hidden Hearing Cardiff last week all of my issues were dealt with with expertise and has given me a much better use of my hearing aids. Jamie was very helpful

The Audiologist Jamie was very thorough in his questioning as to how I was managing with my new hearing aids, initially booking me in for an ear wax removal before the hearing test to ensure results were accurate. Identified a fault with one of my hearing aids which was swiftly dealt with and my hearing has noticeably improved. An excellent service as always with the Cardiff centre.

The Cardiff branch is situated within easy reach of central Cardiff. Should you travel by public transport, you can get the following bus numbers 25, 62 and 63 from E2 Cardiff bus station Wood Street and KN Westgate Street. Drivers, turn into Hamilton Street then take the next left into the lane, follow lane right to the end we are the last car park on the left, we have our signs on the wall and if you look up at the back of the building we have the number 11, then walk the length of the car park , around the side of the building to gain access at the front door.
