My annual check up. All was good but I was experiencing a bit of trouble with the batteries running out at inconvenient times! I had dithered about getting the new plug in ones…..had a good chat with Sean…..always so patient and reliably consistent with advice.
So I decided Go For It…. Am I glad I did I can hear much clearer and with the no fuss of putting in new batteries, woke up this morning and they were fully charged for the day ahead…..wonderful.!

I visited HH Barnstaple on 6th March, with my 85 year old dad. He's been a HH customer for a few years now and I was very impressed to observe how helpful, knowledgeable and attentive the reception staff member was. She resolved all his queries and was able to make a follow-up appointment at Holsworthy which is a much easier location for my dad to visit.
