Trustworthy company & Niteen acted with integrity when he visited my dad.
Dad has Dementia & he’d booked a home hearing assessment - probably in response to the company calling him after using them previously.
After a few minutes chatting and seeing notices to remind dad of things, Niteen asked dad if he’d mind if he called a trusted person -then called me. He said he felt he couldn’t do the assessment today as someone should be with dad if he still wanted the assessment & to make sure dad understood difference in hearing aids etc.
We were very grateful he’d called to check as dad wouldn’t have been able to fully understand everything.
Some unscrupulous people would just see a sale & £££ - or be annoyed at a wasted visit.
I would definitely have confidence using Nateen & Hidden Hearing in future.

If you experience symptoms of hearing loss or if a friend or loved one recognizes that you have signs of hearing loss, we advise getting your hearing tested as soon as possible. Even in cases of mild hearing loss, it is advantageous to be proactive and seek treatment as early as possible (since hearing loss can worsen if it is left untreated). After all, your sense of hearing gives you the ability to connect with the world around you.
