I have used Hidden hearing for the last four years. Hearing is perhaps the bridesmaid to vision, as we don't pay it as much attention to this. Excellent staff, comfortable and clean surroundings. Everything explained from start to finish. Didn't have to wait for next appt to come through post - follow up appointments were arranged there and then, followed by confirmation by e-mail and text and also received reminder by telephone which is very useful.
