Very friendly and helpful staff. I had an ear wax removal done by Terri. Very happy with the result and I would wholeheartedly recommend this service. I was pleased to be be offered an early appointment. The procedure was conducted with great care and attention to detail in a welcoming, friendly and professional manner.
I also attended a free audiology test at the same venue to check my hearing. This was performed by a gentleman called Troy, a skilled.and friendly specialist, who gave me an extensive, thorough and in-depth examination of my ears. After discussing the results he advised fitting of hearing aid in both ears to improve clarity and reception of sounds.
As a 71 year old retired pensioner my hearing is not too bad and I would love to hear a bit better, but at this time I cannot afford to buy hearing aids or afford the payments due to my low income and economic situation at the present time. However, if my circumstances ever improve, I would definitely treat myself to a pair as I was very impressed when Troy showed me the difference it could make to my hearing in the demo fitting.

Fantastic service, I had severely blocked ears with wax and an infection in my right ear. Got seen by Terri who was wonderful and excellent throughout the week and following week I had to go back. My hearing has improved significantly and I will be going back yearly for check ups. Thoroughly recommended this service and Terri to my family and friends.

I have struggled with hearing for a few years now. Which has became a major problem at work recently. So bit the bullet and went to the Allerton road branch of this company 4 weeks ago. A thorough and comprehensive test was carried out by a gentlemen called Troy. I needed a hearing aid in each ear. And had them fitted that day. Then went back today for a check on how I was coping with them. And also to be fitted with the same hearing devices but in a colour that I had chosen as a preference on the first day. My hearing at work experience has vastly improved. The only real issue I had with these hearing aids was listening to music was not as pleasant as without them. Either streaming through the hearing aids or listening to my music playing set ups that I have at home. So after replacing my hearing aids with my preferred colour. Troy uploaded different hearing profiles that I can easily switch between and swapped the dome ear wax protectors that had come supplied with my devices. My issue with listening to music has been sorted with the music profile and the dome change. I am now a very happy bunny. All of these modifications and the follow up consultancy was free of charge. Troy has been very informative, friendly, relaxed, polite, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Explaining every detail ensuring that I understood completely and fully answering every single question asked of him. The reception staff member was also very friendly and communication with reminders has been very good. There is a 60 month money back guarantee on the devices I bought. But I can't see why I would be handing my devices back. The only time I expect to see them again is in 6 months time on my next check up appointment. All in all an excellent experience
