Hearing tests and hearing aids available at our Hidden Hearing clinic in Liverpool
It’s so important to have your hearing checked regularly, especially the older you get. Hearing loss can creep up on you. It can be so gradual that it’s not always easy to recognise or even accept. So if you’re worried about your hearing in any way, the best thing to do is to book a free hearing test.

If you do suffer from hearing loss already, it’s important to keep on top of any changes to your hearing. Even if you’ve come to see us before, we still recommend having a regular check-up, at least once a year.

How to find us
We are located at the Penny Lane end of Allerton Road, opposite the Halifax bank. The road to the branch is parallel to the main road itself and is one way. Parking is available directly outside on a first come, first served basis and there is additional parking on both of the adjacent residential streets (Elmsdale Road and Devondale Road).

I visited hidden hearing and was so impressed with how professional Troy the audiologist was he was so knowledgable patient kind and put me at ease immediately .I have wore earring aids for several years from a famous named pharmacy store . My hearing had deteriorated and the service at the previous store had dropped considerably.At first I was shocked at the price but decided to wait and see how I reacted to them as they so advanced the technology is amazing .I was amazed I am aged seventy two and not very sure about advances in the computer world. I am so thrilled with them it’s like a whole new world has opened up.Both Troy and carol the receptionist were lovely and the service is outstanding can’t praise it more ten out of ten.

From the moment you go there the reception girls are so welcoming I seen Joshua what a wonderful young man so helpfull and kind who made you feel at ease I have had private hearing aids for the past 17 years but nothing comes close the the wonderfully treatment I had today Joshua you are a credit to the company keep up the good work it was a pleasure to see you to day kindest regards Pauline morley thank you

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had an ear wax removal done by Terri. Very happy with the result and I would wholeheartedly recommend this service. I was pleased to be be offered an early appointment. The procedure was conducted with great care and attention to detail in a welcoming, friendly and professional manner.
I also attended a free audiology test at the same venue to check my hearing. This was performed by a gentleman called Troy, a skilled.and friendly specialist, who gave me an extensive, thorough and in-depth examination of my ears. After discussing the results he advised fitting of hearing aid in both ears to improve clarity and reception of sounds.
As a 71 year old retired pensioner my hearing is not too bad and I would love to hear a bit better, but at this time I cannot afford to buy hearing aids or afford the payments due to my low income and economic situation at the present time. However, if my circumstances ever improve, I would definitely treat myself to a pair as I was very impressed when Troy showed me the difference it could make to my hearing in the demo fitting.
I award 5 stars for an excellent service and follow up aftercare service. 😀
