I went into Hidden Hearing after seeing two other places that deal with hearing aids who couldn’t help me. Kerry was cheerful, polite and extremely helpful. She thought about the problem and came up with an idea to help me and it worked! The best experience of service I’ve ever had. Not only that but as it was raining when I went in and it was still raining when I left, she offered me an umbrella!! What a star!

Excellent person looking after me. However, a great deal of wax was found this time and, considering how long I have had a hearing problem, it perhaps should have been picked up the first time around a year ago. It meant I could not have a hearing test as anticipated.
