Visited today and seen Micheal. He was very thorough testing my husbands hearing. Explained everything clearly. Very understanding and lovely to talk to. At no time did he pressure us Into buying hearing aids from.him. After weighing up the pros and cons private versus nhs we decided to go with this company.
