It is for us the place to go. I say us, because my wife is included so that Grace can get an idea how my hearing is in my home environment. This is important because it does effect other's as well. She is friendly which immediately puts you at ease. She is very thorough and takes time to explain things. I would happily recommend hidden Hearing Cheltenham to anyone needing help with thier hearing.

Had a very thorough hearing test with Grace Sims this week. I’d been a bit anxious about it not having had a test like this before but was completely put at ease as soon as I walked through the door. A lovely warm welcome from Sharon.
Grace is an utter professional at what she does. She explained everything so thoroughly and listened carefully to me. It never felt rushed, there was no hard sell at all and I genuinely felt Grace had my very best interests at heart . The test was painless, very thorough and uncomplicated. Grace was caring, considerate and respectful at all times and made me feel I want to return again! Thank you.
