Hidden Hearing is becoming Audika

We’d like to share some exciting news about your hearing care.

From 1 July, Hidden Hearing and Amplifon are coming together as one, under a new name: Audika.

By bringing our teams together under a single, global hearing care name, we’re strengthening the care we offer.

And while our name is changing, you can be confident that you’ll still receive the same expert and personalised hearing care that you can trust.

This page explains what’s changing if your hearing care is relocating to a nearby Audika hearing centre.

If your Hidden Hearing centre is not relocating, nothing is changing for you and your care will continue in the same place, just under a new name.

Audika: experts in personalised hearing care

We believe great hearing care isn’t one‑size‑fits‑all: it should fit seamlessly into your life.

Globally, Audika is part of Demant, a world-leading hearing healthcare group that employs more than 14,000 hearing care professionals in more than 30 countries and 4,500 clinics.

By combining global expertise with local care, Audika is able to provide clinical excellence, advanced technology and state-of-the-art facilities to support you on your hearing journey.

Hidden Hearing Altrincham, 17 Goose Green, Altrincham WA14 1DW

Hidden Hearing Derby, Unit 3, Babington Court, Gower Street, Derby DE1 1SD

Hidden Hearing Leeds, 133-141 The Headrow, Leeds LS1 5RD

Hidden Hearing Leicester, 28 Horsefair Road, Leicester LE1 5BN

Hidden Hearing Lincoln, Unit 2 Freeschool Lane, Lincoln LN1 2EY

Hidden Hearing Maddox Street, 33 Maddox Street, London W1S 2QU

We’ll contact all affected customers directly with full details of their new Audika hearing centre, including its location, contact details and next steps.

Whether your care is moving or staying where it is, our commitment to your hearing remains the same. At Audika, your hearing is our expertise.

What this means for you

If your hearing care is relocating, here’s what you can expect:

  • Your hearing care will continue without interruption
  • Your hearing records will be transferred securely, so your care is seamless
  • Your current hearing technology remains fully supported
  • Any existing warranties and aftercare continue unchanged
  • You’ll continue to receive expert, personalised hearing care
  • You’ll be supported by local clinic teams and a UK‑based customer service team.

We’ll always aim to make sure you’re seen at the most convenient Audika hearing centre available.

But if your new location isn’t suitable, please let us know – we’ll do our best to help.

Appointments

If you already have an appointment booked at your current location, please don’t worry.

We’ll contact you directly to arrange a suitable alternative location or appointment date. You don’t need to take any action.

During the transition

As we roll out the Audika name across the UK, some clinics may temporarily continue to display Amplifon or Hidden Hearing signage. This is temporary and part of our transition plan.

Please rest assured:

  • You’re in the right place
  • Your records and care continue seamlessly
  • Our commitment to high‑quality hearing care remains unchanged

You may also meet some new team members, all working together to support you as part of Audika.
