Survey Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Information on how to enter the prize draw, and the prize, form part of these conditions of entry.

1. The prize draw is open to all respondents who complete the Hidden Hearing Customer E-mail Survey 2023. Employees of Hidden Hearing and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or prize draw are not eligible.
2. Entry to the prize draw is automatic, by completing the Hidden Hearing Customer Survey 2023 before the close date.
3. By completing the survey entrants confirm that they wish to enter the prize draw.
4. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
5. There is 1 prize: £50 M&S E-gift Card
6. The prize draw closes at 11.59 on 11.09.23 with winner drawn randomly by HH on 13.09.23.
7. The winner will be notified by email by 18.09.23 to the email address to which the survey was originally sent.
8. If the winner does not claim the prize within 5 days of being notified, then they will forfeit the prize and a re- draw will take place.
9. To claim the prize the winner must follow the instructions in the email notifying them that they are the winner.
10. The Winner will receive their prize vie email, no later than 7 days after they claim the prize.
11. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
12. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete or lost entries or entries not received.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The name of the winner will be available after 20.09.23 by emailing info@hiddenhearing.co.uk
15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Hidden Hearing and not to any other party.
16. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.hiddenhearing.co.uk/privacy-policy.
17. Hidden Hearing also reserves the right to cancel the prize draw if circumstances arise outside of its control.
