Your hearing and safety are our top priorities

To help keep our customers and staff safe, we’re keeping all of our COVID-secure measures in place for the time being.

COVID-19 update – December 2021

All our clinics remain open.

Our priority has always been the safety of our customers and our staff.

All of our staff wear the appropriate PPE, we sanitise all communal areas and medical equipment between appointments, and we limit the number of customers allowed into our clinics at any given time.

We kindly ask that you continue wearing a face covering to your appointment, whether it be in one of our clinics or in your own home.

We’re keeping our COVID-secure measures in place for now

Our staff will continue wearing the appropriate PPE, and we ask that you wear a face covering for your appointment, whether it be in one of our clinics or in your home. We’ll also carry on respecting social distancing and kindly ask that you do the same.
