We have full health and safety measures in place to protect you and our staff from the threat of COVID-19, while at the same time helping you with all of your hearing health needs.

If you need an appointment or have one booked, we look forward to seeing you. If, however, you are choosing to stay at home, we can still visit you there. Alternatively, we may be able to offer you remote care, or telephone triage.

Our Hearing Aid Dispensers are registered healthcare professionals and will be adhering to strict professional guidance, see details of the steps we are taking to protect you and our staff below:

  • All government guidelines are being followed

  • Phone screening for Covid-19 symptoms is carried out before all appointments

  • Limited number of customers are allowed in the clinic

  • Medical equipment and common areas are cleaned and sanitised between appointments

  • Protective gear is worn by hearing care experts

Keeping yourself and others safe at your hearing appointment 

1. Please do not arrive early. We are going to be limiting the amount of people in the clinics at one time and entry will be restricted. If you have an appointment, please knock on the door and a member of staff will let you in.

2. Once you have entered the clinic we will ask you and your support to clean your hands using hand sanitiser that we will provide.

3. We will provide masks available for you to wear. 

4. Please adhere to social distancing between you and our employees.
