Keeping yourself and others safe at your hearing appointment

1. Please do not arrive early. We are going to be limiting the amount of people in the clinics at one time and entry will be restricted. If you have an appointment, please knock on the door and a member of staff will let you in.

2. Once you have entered the clinic we will ask you and your support to clean your hands using hand sanitiser that we will provide.

3. We’re keeping face covering measures in place for now to help protect our customers and staff. We will provide masks for you to wear.

4. Please adhere to social distancing between you and our employees.
