Mr Ali, the audiologist who saw me, was very professional as well as being very friendly. My tests were done very professionally over nearly 90 minutes. The advice given to me was very clear and helpful.

Rob was very thorough, professional and friendly, offering an informed explanation at each stage of the test and resultant advice.
I valued his integrity and experience and will pursue his recommendations for treatment/aids that HH were not able to supply

Very pleasant staff, and they managed to clear my ear that had been blocked for a year or so. I know I should have sorted it sooner. To be honest, I'm not sure what more they could have done to improve this experience

After my father having tried nhs and spec savers hearing aids we tried Hidden Hearing . We had a wonderful young lady called Rebecca come to my fathers house . The examination , and testing of his hearing was second to none and she was so patient in everyway . Once the tests were complete ,Rebecca set up 2 hearing aids to ensure that everything she had done was perfect . Well what can i say there was a transformation , my father could hear perfectly since ever having hearing aids . I could talk to him without repeating myself at a normal vocal level without him saying pardon or nodding his head as if he had heard me . Yes they are alot of money but for him to hear again and the change that this will make to his life and ours so so worth every penny .

Had a good experience at Hidden hearing. I Was able to get a same day appointment for micro suction. I was seen by a lovely lady called Roopa she explained everything in detail before starting. Roopa Was caring and gentle. I was shown before and after photos, and had a hearing test. fabulous service and can hear again! Thank you.
