From 1 July, Hidden Hearing and Amplifon have come together under one name: Audika. While our name is changing, what matters most hasn’t changed at all. Who are Audika?
Audika history: Founded on care in 1904
Our company was founded by Hans Demant – a husband who was determined to help his wife Camilla, who suffered from hearing loss, live life to the full. But Hans didn’t just care about his wife’s hearing, he cared about her as an individual.
He saw how hearing loss affects every aspect of a person’s life and understood that by helping his wife, he was not only giving her back her hearing; he was giving her back her confidence in life.
We have a long history of making life-changing differences to people with hearing loss, which is why today our mission remains the same: to help more people hear better.
