Use of this site (www.Hiddenhearing.co.uk) is provided by HIDDEN HEARING and subject to certain terms and conditions. Any use of the site constitutes your acceptance of, and agreement to, the following terms and conditions:

1. By using this website you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which take effect on your first use of www.Hiddenhearing.co.uk

2. HIDDEN HEARING may change these terms at any time. Please review the terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made. Your continued use of www.Hiddenhearing.co.uk after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated.

4. HIDDEN HEARING assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses and worms that may damage your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing Hiddenhearing.com.

9.  By signing up to receive the Hidden Hearing newsletter you are agreeing to receive promotional material from Hidden Hearing alerting you of special offers and promotions we have running.  Your details will never be shared with any third parties and you will be given the oppurtunity to opt out at any time.

10.  Purchases made from the hearing aid accessories shop will include a £2.50 postage and packing cost.  This is free for all orders placed over the value of £10.  Please allow 5 working days for delivery.

11.  Stock photography may be used for client testimonial imagery where no photograph was provided by the client in question.  All testimonials are from actual customers, their words have not been altered and we never use actors.

12.  Social Media Competiton T&C's - a.  Requests must be made via email stating your Facebook/Twitter profile name and address CD should be posted to.  b.  Requests will only be fulfilled if you have joined us on the preferred social network site. c.  There is no cash alternative.  d.  CDs are limited and will be offered on a first come first served basis.  e.  Offer ends 15 November 2011.  f. Only one entry per person.

13. New Year, New You Terms and Conditions

To be entered into our prize draw you must take a FREE hearing assessment during January or February 2012 that results in a hearing loss being detected.

1 entry will be awarded for home visits and 2 for branch visits.

The draw will take place during w/c 5th March 2012 and the lucky winner will be provided with the following:

• Complete hearing aid system to suit their requirements supplied and fitted by Hidden Hearing. We will provide the winner with the best hearing aid system suitable for their hearing loss.
• Fully warranted against loss, theft and repair.
• Free consumables (including batteries & cleaning products) – subject to normal usage.
• Free lifetime aftercare.

This offer also includes customers who purchase a hearing aid system throughout January and February. If they are selected as the winner of this prize draw they will be completely reimbursed.

The winner of the prize draw will be required to participate in verbal/written communication at agreed stages after the fitting of the hearing aid system, which may be used in marketing communications in the future.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
