We are open five days a week, 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, and offer a full range of services, including complimentary, comprehensive hearing tests and the servicing and repairs of all makes of hearing aids. Alisha Cox, the Brentwood branch receptionist is available to take your calls and book your appointments, while John Boswell, the Hearing Aid Dispenser in Brentwood is on hand to help with all your hearing needs.
The Brentwood branch is located in the suburb of Shenfield and is situated a few hundred yards from Shenfield railway station along the Hutton Road. The team here offers a warm and friendly welcome to clients old and new, providing reliable service and professional advice, to enable our clients to enjoy a better quality of life.
There is free parking (2 hours) immediately outside of the branch. You may also park in Shorter Avenue adjacent to the branch on the single yellow line but not between 10-11am or 2-3pm. The number 81 bus from Brentwood town centre stops outside the branch. The 351 bus service comes in to Shenfield from Ingatestone and Chelmsford; and the 551 bus service will bring you to us from Billericay and Basildon.
