As part of our ongoing commitment to your hearing care we provide free hearing tests, cleaning and any adjustments necessary for your hearing aid. Remember, like your eyes, it’s in your interest to have your hearing tested at least once a year.
You can have your free hearing test or any cleaning and adjustments made at any of our nationwide branches. One of our experienced Hearing Aid Audiologists will carry out your test; advise if there’s been any significant change in your hearing, and answer any questions or concerns.
Free ongoing service programme
Our hearing test and consultation service is provided free of charge for the life of your hearing aid, to help make sure it’s always giving you the maximum possible performance. This free ongoing service will help to keep your hearing aid in top condition.
