Cleaning the earmould
1. Remove the hearing aid/s from your ears
2. Examine the earmould for any residue of ear wax. If present, remove with the use of the wax loop tool.
3. Remove the earmold from the ear hook on the hearing aid by locating the end of the earmold tube where it connects with the ear hook. Twist the tubing and pull gently to remove.
4. Clean the earmould in soapy water and rinse with clean water
5. Attach one end of the tubing onto the air blower and squeeze. This will force any water out. Leave to dry overnight.
