Rarely do I give a review and likewise I rarely read them as all too often they are false. This however is one of those rare occasions for me, such was the professional way in which my recent hearing test conducted. A thorough and extensive series of manual and electronic tests were carried out and revealed exactly what part of my hearing path was at fault. Detailed explanation of all the hearing path areas was given and made understandable. The final chart showing my lack of hearing was very telling. It was easy to understand, looking at it, as to why I was finding speech - in particular - difficult to process properly. Based on the chart a pair of hearing aids were generated and fitted. When switched on, pow!! A whole new world opened up. It put a big smile on my wife’s face as the first thing she noticed was I was talking quietly - for a change.
At home now, and noises that most take for granted, are now being heard clearly by me - the clock ticking, the birds singing, the TV at my wife’s volume and a miriad of other everyday sounds. NOT CHEAP. but we had been saving for a while and it meant we could afford to get a good pair of hearing aids. Hidden Hearing guided me to the ideal ones for our budget and my hearing requirements. I attended this branch of Hidden Hearing today. This was the first time I had this procedure. I was dealt with by Debbie who was fantastic. She explained everything in great detail and was very professional. I left with my hearing 100% better and could hear so much more clearly. I will definitely return in the future when required.

Had an ear wax removal procedure with Debbie at the Clacton branch today. A very professional service, with courteous staff. Having before and after photographs gave me an insight as to what was going on and a hearing test afterwards rounded the procedure off. I would without hesitation, recommend Hidden Hearing.
