Delivery is currently only available to the United Kingdom.
Postage and Packing is FREE on all orders over £10. A £2.50 postage and packing fee will be applicable to all orders under £10.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, simple return the product(s) in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of any items where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period, please contact us on 0800 740 8706 giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you after a "contract cancellation", we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge.

Regulation 33 - The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE Directive).
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE Directive) is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waster equipment free of charge. We are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Under the WEEE regulations, all new electrical goods should be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol and be disposed of separately from normal household waste.
